JobJab is built by Jason and Anthony — two brothers who got tired of opening ten tabs every morning to find one job worth applying to.
THE STORY
It started as a side project. We were both applying for jobs — Jason switching gears in his career, Anthony looking for his first real role out of school — and the search itself was eating our mornings. Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, company career pages, niche boards. Most listings were stale, irrelevant, or duplicates of duplicates. The match filters were keyword-shaped lies.
So we built the tool we wanted to use ourselves. JobJab scans every major board overnight, scores each posting against your real resume with AI, and delivers one curated email by morning — before your coffee gets cold.
What started as a side project for two people now serves a growing community of professionals across North America and Latin America who'd rather start their day with three good matches than three hundred bad ones.

Honours BComm candidate at the University of Ottawa. Started a dog-boarding business at 18 and ran it for four years. Sales rep for many companies across Ottawa. Served as a Deputy Returning Officer in the 2025 federal election.
