Welcome to JobJab. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Do not spam, harass employers, or automate abusive application volumes.
• Do not bypass security measures or attempt to access unauthorized areas.
• Do not resell, repackage, or commercially exploit results without permission.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as stated or required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, preferences, documents). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

5. AI-generated output

Generated letters, scores, and recommendations are provided "as is". Always review content before sending it to employers. JobJab is not responsible for accuracy or outcomes.

6. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third parties (e.g., Google, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Termination

You may terminate at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobJab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
